- What are the available payment methods?
1. Payment by credit card.
If you choose this method, we will forward you to our Partner Bank's secured website, where you will be asked to insert you credit card no., address, etc.. After that you submitted the order, you only have to wait the delivery of the products.
- What is the price of the delivery?
The price depends on the value of the order and the country of destination, in accordance with the following table:
If your order value exceeds 800 Eur, send us your order, and we will contact you to discuss the details of shipment.
- How will I get the ordered products? The shipment will be delivered in 4-10 days to the delivery address by GLS logistics service.
- What can I do if I don't get the ordered products within 10 days? Please contact our customer service: webshop@heavytools.com.
